In the video, Sen. Aquino added that it was an appreciated the move that his cousin took responsibility for the Mamasapano siege. But when asked why there is a need to reopen the case, Sen. Aquino chose not to answer for himself but rather suggested that the question be forwarded to Malancañang because it was ‘after all the palace’s decision.’
